About The School of Martial Arts
The School of Martial Arts is a Hamilton East martial arts school for kids, teens and adults, with beginner friendly classes and practical self defence training. Its Incorporated Martial Arts system uses Taekwon-Do as a foundation and blends in elements of Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Karate, Balintawak and MMA. Classes run on Monday and Thursday afternoons and evenings.
