CrossFit 3216 is a CrossFit gym in Hamilton East with coached group classes, open gym training and equipment including barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, yokes and sleds. Sessions incorporate CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and strongman, with workouts scaled for different abilities, ages and fitness levels. Beginners with less than 3 months of experience start with a two session Foundation Course.
