About Elite Taekwondo
Elite Taekwondo is a Silverdale martial arts club for children, juniors, teens and adults, with programmes ranging from the Elite Tigers for ages 5–8 through to advanced and invitation only high performance sparring. Classes include taekwondo fundamentals, forms, controlled sparring, self-defence and conditioning, with personal training available by appointment. Coaching is led by two-time Olympian Robin Cheong.
