Coast Academy Silverdale is a martial arts club for children from age 4 through to adults, with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA, kickboxing and wrestling programmes for all levels. Classes include early childhood Mini Martials, junior and youth sessions, adult fundamentals and advanced Jiu Jitsu, plus the 20 week ALTA MMA programme. The club has off-street parking, is close to the Hibiscus Coast bus terminal and full memberships include classes at other Coast Academy locations.
