Alpha Muay Thai is a martial arts club in Elsdon, Porirua, running group sessions in Muay Thai, boxing, sparring, BoxFit and kids Muay Thai. Its programmes cover fitness, self defence, technique and competition preparation, with ALPHA Kids classes for ages 5 to 14 and BoxFit aimed at all fitness levels. Classes run across weekday mornings and evenings, including Friday sparring and an experienced member Fight Camp.
