About Spirit Taekwon-Do
Spirit Taekwon-Do is an ITF Taekwon-Do club training at Newlands Centennial Hall on Newlands Road. The Newlands branch welcomes students aged 8 and over, with separate sessions for younger students and everyone else on Wednesday and Friday evenings. Beginners can join individually, and new students can try four free sessions before joining.
