Jiu Jitsu 1st is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu club in Miramar, Wellington, offering gi and no-gi classes, members-only open mats, kids training and private lessons. The timetable includes all-level sessions, a Saturday kids class for ages 6–15, and competition preparation, with training centred around a customised floating mat system and gym weights. Beginners are welcome and no previous experience is needed.
