About Kendo (Rembuden)
Rembuden Kendo Club is a Wellington martial arts club training at the Recreation Centre on Victoria University's Kelburn Campus. It welcomes complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners, with sessions covering fundamental movements, complex techniques, kendo kata and free sparring. Newcomers can observe a training session before trying several sessions without cost or obligation, and the club has members and instructors who have represented and coached New Zealand at the World Kendo Championships.
