About The Kung Fu School - Karori
The Kung Fu School - Karori is a martial arts school based at Karori West Normal School Gym on Allington Road. It runs instructor-led Kung Fu classes on Mondays and Wednesdays for children aged 7 to 11, teens aged 12 to 17 and adults aged 17+, with training covering traditional martial arts skills including striking, kicking, throwing, submissions, Shaolin animal styles and Qi Gong. Beginners are welcome, and the club provides a free trial class.
