About Defender Krav Maga
Defender Krav Maga is a self defence school based at Karori Recreation Centre in Wellington, running mixed Krav Maga classes for all experience levels. Students can train with instructor Shavez Parkinson, whose background includes Krav Maga, Boxing, Muay Thai and Eskrima, and new members can try their first two classes for free.
