Mozhdeh Martial Arts NZ is an Olympic-style Taekwondo club at 25 Hinemoa Street in Paraparaumu, running classes six days a week for children from age 4 through to adults. It welcomes complete beginners as well as advanced martial artists, with named sparring and poomsae classes, competition coaching, family groups and one-to-one personal training available by arrangement.
