Family Fit Karate & Fitness is a family focused karate and fitness school based at Brooklyn Community Centre in Wellington, with additional sessions at Vogelmorn Hall. It teaches Okinawan Goju-Ryu karate from Grasshopper classes for preschoolers through to advanced training, alongside Cardio&Core strength sessions. Beginners can try a free class, caregivers can train with children, and Cardio&Core is also available live online or as a recording.
