Its programme includes Reformer, mat, athletic, backcare, pre and postnatal, mobility focused and studio equipment classes, using Merrithew and Balanced Body equipment. The same wellness hub also provides osteopathy, physiotherapy, podiatry, naturopathy, massage therapy and meditation.
