Soul Movement is a boutique reformer Pilates studio at 116 Link Road in Wairakei, Taupo, with six reformers and classes suitable for all levels. It runs instructor-led Soul Reform classes on Tuesdays and on demand Soul Flex video classes, with members also able to access a cardio space, private studio, infrared sauna and ice bath.
