True Woman Fitness Taupo is a women only gym at 44 Miro Street with full gym floor and studio access, over 15 fitness classes, personal training and support for all fitness levels. Members aged 16 and over can train 24 hours with Premium membership or an eligible access upgrade, while Premium also includes Fit3D body scans and fortnightly trainer catch ups.
