Henkada Judo Club is a Hamilton judo club based at Hamilton Old Boys RFC in Whitiora, running evening sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays for PeeWees, Juniors and Seniors. Its classes combine technique, free practice, fitness and games, with programmes covering children through to adults. The club welcomes players of all levels, supports both recreational and competitive participation, and includes basic self-defence learning in its children's programme.
