About UniRec
UniRec is a University of Waikato fitness and recreation centre at Gate 1 on Knighton Road in Hamilton. It combines a gym floor with three cardio zones, a large weights room, a women's gym, group exercise classes, personal training, Reformer Pilates, an 825sqm sports hall, squash court and bookable activity spaces. It also provides exercise consultations, social sports, physiotherapy and dedicated private strength training for female members.
