About Hamilton Kung Fu - Nam Wah Pai Kung Fu (Hamilton)
Hamilton Kung Fu is a Nam Wah Pai martial arts club based at Hamilton Girls High School Gymnasium on Hill Street. It runs instructor-led Kung Fu and Tai Chi training on Monday and Wednesday evenings, with sessions covering skills such as self-defence, flexibility, kicking, punching, weapons and free sparring. The club welcomes kids, teens and adults, has off-street parking, and lets first-time visitors train free for their first week.
