About Fitness is Fun
Fitness is Fun is an outdoor group fitness programme with sessions at Woodstock School in Hamilton. The timetable includes strength, HIIT, cardio endurance, running and intervals, plus mobility and activation sessions including ZUU. Classes are designed for women over 40, with coaches adapting exercises to suit different starting points, fitness levels and injuries. A free trial week is available, and the wider programme also includes personal coaching and structured support.
