About TOA Fighting Systems
TOA Fighting Systems is a martial arts school in Invercargill offering group kickboxing and karate training for juniors and adults. Karate starts from age 7 and includes junior, senior, kata and kumite sessions, while kickboxing covers fitness, pad work, self defence, sparring and tournament preparation. Beginners can try two free Tuesday karate classes, and a 10 week non-contact kickboxing beginners course is available for ages 14+.
