PFF is a CrossFit and functional fitness gym in Paihia, with regular coached classes and a personalised Fundamentals pathway for new members. The introductory sessions cover key movements, workout adjustments and the gym's approach before people start regular classes, while members with at least 3 months of relevant experience can join through a separate entry route. The gym is next to the Road Runner Tavern on Waimangaro Road.
