The Kung Fu School's Palmerston North Pascal St branch is a martial arts school for children from age 5, teenagers and adults. Classes run on Monday and Friday evenings, with training covering traditional martial arts skills such as evasion, striking, kicking, throwing and submissions, alongside Shaolin animal styles, Qi Gong and Chinese weapons. A free first class is available.
