Boxfit Brothers is a boxing based fitness gym in Riccarton, Christchurch, built around coached 45 minute circuits with 12 stations, three minute rounds, pad work, bag work, strength training and core work. It also runs pad, technical, bag and sparring sessions, plus one on one pad coaching. Sessions cater for different experience levels, and a free first session is available with booking.
