Shirley Olympic Taekwondo is a non-profit WT-style taekwondo club based at Shirley Primary School Hall in Christchurch. It runs junior, senior and combined junior/senior sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with training focused on fitness, coordination, self-defence and self-confidence. The club welcomes all ages and genders and provides a two week free trial for new participants.
