Port Hills Karate is a karate school based at St Martin’s Anglican Church in Spreydon, Christchurch. It runs weekly kids and adults classes, with the kids class open from age 6 and private classes available by arrangement. Training covers technique, kata and kumite, with competition style karate and self-defence training included at intermediate and advanced levels.
