Grappling HQ is a martial arts gym in Tauranga CBD offering Jiu Jitsu, MMA, wrestling and strength and conditioning for adults, teens and kids. Beginners can start without previous martial arts experience, with classes covering fundamentals, live rounds and age specific programmes. The gym also has a new weights room, and its entrance is at the rear of the 32 Second Avenue premises.
