Byron Boxing is a boxing gym in Papamoa offering group classes in bagwork, padwork, fundamental boxing and conditioning. It also runs an adult fight team with dedicated bag work, conditioning and sparring sessions, plus structured kids and youth boxing programmes. Adult beginners can use a free trial class, and the timetable is published for both school term and school holiday periods.
