The Gym Tauranga is a mixed gym at 107 First Ave with 24 hour member access, an extensive main gym, free on-site parking and separate male and female dry saunas. It runs a broad group fitness programme including RPM, Body Combat, Body Balance and Grit Series, alongside personal training, Fit3D body scanning and a dedicated female-only suite with free weights and bodyweight training space.
