About One Element NZ
One Element is an outdoor group fitness programme based at Vellenoweth Green in St Heliers. It runs 45 minute coached sessions using kettlebells, cardio, bodyweight and team based training, with three named formats across the weekly programme. Training takes place outdoors in all but dangerous weather, and sessions are designed to be adapted for different fitness levels and abilities. Free parking is available around the green, and a trial includes three sessions over two weeks.
