HBC MMA is a family run combat sports gym at C1/20 Curley Ave in Silverdale, with classes for children, youth and adults across kickboxing, boxing conditioning, MMA, sparring and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It also runs a Mums/Dads and Bubs class and has a beginners kickboxing option, with the youngest published classes starting at age five.
