Strength Block is a private 24/7 gym in Rosedale, Auckland, with limited memberships, PIN entry and access to the Strength Block training app. It provides personal training and small group coaching, including general fitness, strength and conditioning, and beginner or advanced powerlifting coaching. Casual day passes are available, and members have access to a private shower and kitchenette.
