CBA Fitness is a women only gym in Onehunga, Auckland, specialising in strength and conditioning sessions. Members can join Strength, Sweat, WOD and Weightlifting classes, with unlimited session access across the week, plus a free two session trial and casual session bookings. The gym also provides nutrition coaching and runs specialty workshops in areas including weightlifting and gymnastics.
