About The Arena
The Arena West is a strength and conditioning gym in New Lynn with two floors, including a weightlifting and Open Gym area and an industrial training floor with roller doors and an end-to-end rig. It runs group formats including ArenaFit, ArenaLadies, ArenaMasters and ArenaSquads, with equipment such as barbells, kettlebells, sleds, ropes, wall balls, cardio equipment and a gymnastics rig. Arena West also has a dedicated Olympic weightlifting club.
