The Kung Fu School - Mt Eden is a martial arts school in the Kowhai Intermediate School hall on Onslow Road, offering Kung Fu classes for children from age 5, teenagers and adults. Classes run on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with a free first class available. Training covers practical self defence alongside traditional martial arts values, Shaolin animal styles, Qi Gong, strikes, kicking, throwing and submissions.
