Auckland City Kyokushin is a full-contact karate dojo at the Ellen Melville Centre in Auckland CBD. It runs mixed-age training for adults, teens and kids aged 7+, with beginners welcome and a shared curriculum covering fundamentals, kata, partner drills, conditioning and controlled knockdown sparring. Regular sessions are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, with Sunday sessions by invitation.
