Urban Sport Gym is a martial arts and fitness facility in Birkenhead offering Muay Thai, kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA, functional fitness and circuit training. Its programmes include beginner friendly general classes, a youth programme, a women only class, personal training and invite only fight team sessions. Visitors can try a free class without pre-booking, and beginners can borrow spare boxing gloves if needed.
