Chidokan Karate's Avondale dojo trains at Avondale College Community Stadium on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30pm to 8:00pm. It teaches authentic Japanese-style karate for juniors aged 8 to 15 and adults aged 16 and over, with programmes suited to different fitness and experience levels.
