Avondale Taekwon-Do is an ITF Taekwon-Do school training at Avondale Primary School on Crayford Street West. It runs mixed classes for all ages on Monday and Thursday evenings, welcomes beginners without previous experience and is led by Robert Ireland, II Dan. New students can start with a two week no obligation free trial.
